very aggressive and rude reception , unprofessional staff , wont go there anymore

very poor service and rude staff dont recommend to any one, i never will go there again, think 10 times if you wanna go there

were very friendly , didnt have to wait long , ultrasound was performed without experiencing any pain , didnt have to wait long to pick up ultrasound pics/films from reception after my appointment :)

Professional and friendly staff who didn't keep me waiting or jerk me around like a sheep with no say. I knew exactly what they were doing and felt like part of the process. I was out of the door with my report promptly and could go back to my GP at my leisure, as soon or late as I felt. Well done Blacktown Medical Imaging!

Friendly, fast and switched on staff.
NT scan is free with medicare. Other places charge almost $400
definitely would use them again :)
