Blacktown Service Centre

Charges me $815 for a service and a few additional things which I was happy to pay my car went in driving perfectly as listed as a part of the major service “ clean and regap spark plugs ” I drove the car home which was only a 5 minute drive to get into my car the next day and it had lost all power I took it to a different mechanic who showed me all spark plugs were of 4 different brands and that weren’t put back into the correct places and one was misfired tell me how a mechanic who was supposed to check and clean these didn’t notice this for one or has done something and has created a problem we ended up having to pay $460 to get them fixed and when we asked Blacktown Service Centre they said they never touched the spark plugs but I’m sorry isn’t that included in the service ? So I paid for a service I didn’t receive or someone has a guilty conscience and scams innocent people out of there money as we went to pick up our repaired car he said all our wiring ...read more

I was working in the area and and needed my ute checked for a crazy noise.
I pulled into Blacktown Service Centre to see if they could take a look. They were pretty busy but the guy there was great and wanted to help me out. He had a look at my car straight away, diagnosed the issue and said he could have it fixed, he just needed to organise a part.
He did this immediately, job done, great value , great service.
Would use and recomend these guys anytime.

I used the guys at Blacktown Service Centre for the first time to have my vehicle serviced and could not be happier. They even cleaned my car inside and out, and finished on time with a fixed price. Thank you. I would recommend them to anyone.

Clearly informed of full car details for minor service and agreed to a cost, but when went to pickup car, owner a rude middle aged man with poor customer service, doubled the price. Explanation on questioning was wife's a receptionist and quoted incorrectly. Was forced to pay. Definitely not going back.. Below average service and management..

1. Opening hours per True Local are incorrect. Closes 4:30 pm and not open on Saturdays.



2. Good for servicing cars, but customer service standards are slipping. Owner/Manager, while a decent fella, does not return calls any more, despite many messages, and can be quite abrupt. Maybe the main person is busy but that is no excuse for rudeness.



3. Prices are competitive.



4. Support staff are quite decent too and should help the boss more to return calls. Taking and passing on messages to call back with calls not returned is pointless, and one ends up chasing them.

Need more give than take.



5. Charges surcharge for credit card payments.
