Blackwoods

So I went to Blackwoods Campbellfield to purchase 2 sutton tapping die nuts that were not in stock so the store attendant tells he can order them in if I pay up front which I did, approximately "eleven" days later I received a call notifying me the my order is in stock and awaiting pickup so I visited the store with my paperwork and approached the counter, the gentleman at the counter brings out 1 die nut, I ask where is the 2nd one? He says you only ordered 1 and the 2nd one you purchased and took with you. I insisted twice that I did NOT take anything with me and that I ordered 2 but the kind gentleman at the counter shakes his head so to avoid a physical confrontation I walked out leaving the 1 die nut and my paperwork on the bench. I immediately called Blackwoods head office and raised my grievance and they told me they would investigate my story against the store CCTV and get back to me.
