good for service over the phone, but been waiting for a blackwoods catalogue for over a year now.
also they don't reply to emails about queries on their products.
if they had just a little bit of customer service, they would be top notch.
also very hard to get an estimate or price out of them for items.

You may have been waiting for a catalogue because we only do one every two years. Our 2012 Catalogue and new website have just been released and you can request a catalogue on www.blackwoods.com.au/CatalogueRequest.aspx . In the meantime our website has all the catalogue products and more.
