BLD: Breakfast Lunch Dinner

Expensive and never feels clean but when you've gone though the gates and don't want fried food it's one of your few options

When you are hungry travellers and there is not much choice, you have to go with what there is. Just because the line is long does not necessarily mean that the food is good. We waited in line for 20 minutes then another half an hour for food. The coffees were average and the food wasn't fantastic. Service was reasonably friendly. Not sure if we would go back.

Wanting to support a non-franchise outlet at the airport we chose BLD. Presentation of store was clean and tidy and service was nice and friendly. Prices weren't too expensive, so possibly given we were at the airport this should have been a sign of what was to come. Unfortunately our meals were pretty average. I had a vege bake, which when it came out looked horrible. I was so hungry, but thankfully it tasted better than it looked so I managed to eat half. Husband had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. Massively thick white bread with luncheon ham and plastic cheese. Star rating is for store presentation and friendly service. Sorry BLD :-(
