They are okay. I just understand why I have to send a video of something that is broken. Why?

Hi, I live in my current unit in Kingsford and it is handled by Bless Real Estate. The agent provided clean and newly painted unit. I thought previous tenant was not tidy. When I inspected the unit, the carpet smell was terrible. But one day before my commencement there, it was cleaned and the smell eventually gone. They did a good carpet cleaning. I got the massive cockroaches problem in this unit but they quickly responded with two times free treatment within the first 2 weeks. The cockroaches gone after the second treatment. In addition, they also helped me with installing a water tap connection for laundry which was previously not available, again with no charge. They also helped me to connect with the utility and gas. So in general, Bless Real Estate fulfills my expectation and their response are prompt. Unlike other experience with this propoerty agent, I should admit that Bless Real Estate is Ok.

This property agency is very bad. I thought I would have a better communication and negotiation as I was also from Indonesia. I got to know this agent from a friend, and I got a so-so apartment near the CBD. On the first day, I inspected the place and found a dirty bathroom exhaust, which i regrettably let go. At the end of the 1 year contract, I was charged more than AUD 100 as the cleaning exhaust fee. I tried to negotiate but was let down, was even threatened to confiscate more than AUD 1,000 deposit money they were holding. I was really upset and could not do anything about it but paying AUD 100 for the stupid exhaust cleaning fee. It was truly dissapointing that the property I moved in was dirty and had broken furnitures. At the end of the stay, I was bound to be responsible for all that. I do not recommend this agency at all, their agents were rude, did not help clients at all and very unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY!!! WORST AGENCY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! We discovered one of the agents from this agency DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A LICENCE! Sometimes we couldnt even contact the agent, especially when we needed fixing urgently!

The agent said they would give us the first week rent-free when we signed the agreement but they did not keep their word, instead they said they never mentioned it, as it wasnt written! Our contract was signed for ONE YEAR but when it was time to hand the house back after 52 weeks they said there was still one week and wanted to charge us for 53 WEEKS! An absolutely shocking real estate company with no customer service skills and a lack of common decency. We were promised that the property would be cleaned and the mould removed from the bathroom before we moved in and not only was this never done but they wanted us to pay for these cleaning issues at the end of our tenancy. Agents were rude and unreasonable. 'Handymen' employed by them were incompetent and on more than one occasion damaged our property. They also turned up without notice and at inconvenient times. Not one positive experience was had with them. I recommend to never use this agent.
