We waited over 6 months for our shutters and blinds all of which are faulty. Well pay attention, if you paid for the items by credit card contact your bank and dispute the items on the basis that the items received were not as described and you will get your money back. We did. This is the WORST company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Claire we got the blind material supplier involved and they off their own back supplied replacement fabric. They have the material, but cannot be bothered doing our blinds...as we are at the bottom of their list. They do not care and actually hung up on me today. I am taking it to A Current Affair..
You are one of the lucky ones. I unfortunately have been trying to get blinds repaired since November 2010. A houseful of blinds all look disgusting. they promise this, promise that, I take days of work, and they don't bother turning up. Lies lies and more lies. Even the long long chins they have attached to each blind are unsafe. Do they care. NO. My niece wrapped it around her neck.....still don't care. I have rung/sent letters to the ACCC, Consumer Affairs, and now Product Safety Victoria. This Company offer a Guarantee......means NOTHING....I ask that EVERYONE who has had problems......post a review..Only takes a few minutes...We must stop these types of Companies from ripping of the consumer. A Current Affair is my next stop...and they seem VERY INTERESTED....
BLINDFAST...Installed a houseful of blinds back in November 2010 and they have required a lot of adjustments/fixing since then.....these blinds at the moment look worse than ever before and I cannot get these people to come back and fix despite them offering a WARRANTY. How are people allowed to stay in business when they do not honour their Warranty. I need my Blinds fixed.........and I will post a favourable REVIEW when my blinds are looking good. If not the bad reviews will keep coming..
