Air conditioner didn't work when we moved in. They sent someone to fix it then sent us the invoice and still the aircon doesn't work. Do not rent with these people.

As electrical contractors, we have carried out maintenance and installations for Blink Property for a couple of years now. They have been for the most part easy to deal with, whilst also making sure they have the owners interest in mind. They have also been efficient in paying their accounts on a twice monthly basis. If we ever have an issue - it has always been fixed with a friendly phone call.

I would never again rent a property managed by Blink Property, Southport. Numerous issues with the property were not addressed during the tenancy e.g. broken oven, dishwasher, dryer, blocked gutters causing flooding. They could not have been more rude or difficult to deal with. They also let the property fall into disrepair so as a landlord i would not use their services.
