Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Twice weekly visits are always very happy and pleasant experiences for me. The-one-and-only Cassie is a very experienced and skilled hairdresser who constantly keeps up to date with latest trends and techniques. She's the only one I entrust my hair for colour and cut, but having said that, young Jess always comes through with flying colours (pardon the pun!) whenever called upon to blow-dry it.

Very Poor service. Made an appointment, arrived 5 min early, was told to take a seat. Not one person in the salon. Then then 2 customers arrived from out back, a employee told me someone would be with me in a few minutes. 15 min later, there was no chance my hair cut was going to start in the next 15 min as they were cutting other peoples hair.. What a waste of time.
