Very hit and miss regarding quality of clean. Some weeks good, others so bad you'd hardly notice a professional cleaner had done any work. Regular cleaners gave us an afternoon notice they weren't able to clean anymore and wouldn't find us a replacement! Very unprofessional. Tried to call busines owner, but not answering phone.
Was quoted a different price to what Bliss housekeepers charged us. They charged us an additional $37 for 30min extra (supposed to be $35 per hour). Was assured that bond would be refunded after the cleaning, and if they needed to go back to the house for further cleaning this would not be a problem. The next day the rental agency inspected the house and they were not happy with the clean- venetians were left very dusty and the door was not cleaned. We contacted management from Bliss Housekeepers and sent them the email from the rental agency, they said that they had run out of time and made excuses, they refused to go back and finish the job properly unless we paid them more (even though we had already paid more than what was quoted). Very disappointed- though that this would make the move easier, but it has been a big cost ($360) and now we have to go back and finish the cleaning ourselves.
