Utterly appalling after sales service, which is basically non-existent, in Brisbane anyway. Our roller shutter broke and has been down for about a year, repeatedly let down by both company and Brisbane service agent Prestige Door Services. They even tried to explain how I could fix it myself. Look elsewhere, I am and it is going to cost me!
