After a promise to come view my reno job and waiting for 4 days, the "We are reliable,..." Pano (according to their True Local webpage) didn't turn up at all and did not even call to let me know he's not coming! They say "residential work is where we love to be. We enjoy interacting with our clients", so I suppose interacting doesn't include profeesionalism or common courtesy! Stay well clear of this lot!!
Leon, Sorry to hear you are disapointed, I tried to contact you on several occasions, but you did not respond, on my last try you answered your mobile and advised me, you have someone doing your job and did not require our services. This happens from time to time its no reflection on the thousands of very happy recurring clients we have worked for, thus far.
Please dont hesitate to contact me again should you need any more work done, I can give you verifiable references and many contacts of our very happy clientele
Contacting your client days after after you were supposed to turn up is not good enough! There were no phonecalls from you until Thursday morning (4 days after our scheduled appointment). If you say there are numerous happy clients I cannot gainsay it, but my experience is not the same. No hard feelings but first impressions count and Pannals made a very bad one by not turning up at all!
