As a FORMER employee I feel I can finally tell others the true horrors of this company and the man who owns it, sam. First of all he treats his staff with the upmost disrespect. He belittles his staff in front of clients and other staff members, he then gossips about staff members and turns them against each other in hope of causing havoc. He discloses personal details such as domestic violence situations to other staff members and then says “they deserve it”. Now let’s start on the pay. He severely underpays his staff as well as not contributing to superannuation and then when questioned about it the response is “I can’t afford it right now but I will pay it”. If staff take sick days they are threatened with their job, if staff have sick children and have to take day off they’re threatened with their job, if a staff member asks for annual leave, they are threatened with their job. I posted the damaged done to my hair after spending $200 at your salon on 8/11/20. My hair was over bleached and processed and it has now been taken off your Facebook page like nothing happened. This is appalling. I really hope that the owner can be more professional by paying for the ongoing damage to my hair. It is 4 months on and the back of my hair is still pretty much bald. I have to wear a hat everywhere I go to cover the shame.
