i am their regular customer alothough i love to go their and love the work but this time they had new hair dresser and she told me that she had 10 years of experience but she cut my hair/ frint fringe too short that annoyed me. i didn’t like the service. she shoyld gave asked before cutting too short

Most horrific experience ever! It would sound more appropriate if they called themselves Blond & Brunette Bullies!!! I had gone there to get a regular hair dye and their hair dresser asked me if I would like a haircut and a blow dry as well? I told her "no". “A usual hair wash and ordinary drying would do”. However I found myself repeating my request as she kept asking the same question over and over again. She couldn't comprehend me or wanted me to spend on extra services? I felt I couldn't trust her. So I asked her if I could speak to the lady who had walked up to me before as I experienced no language barrier. At this she began arguing obnoxiously that she was a senior and the other one was a junior. She got all the hair dressers to gang up against me. They began harassing me to leave when one of them seized the black garb used as a color stain protector off my back and ordered me to leave the salon forcefully. Strongly NOT recommended!!

wree meant to give me platinum hair and totally botched it.
hair was burnt, and broke off in many areas.
they refused to accept the damage.
i tried complaining to head office - all hopeless and do not recommend this brand and especially not this branch.had to spend another $250 to get my colour fixed at a reputable salon in parramatta and numerous conditioning treatments.
my hair looked like a mop for a long time after this buisness. when i walked in it was long and healthy.

After cutting half hair (UNEVEN) for my 6 years old daughter they asked me to leave as her hair was not treated well. Worst customer service and very very rude

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 45minutes to be told that they couldn't do my style. The manager and staff were all rude, constantly ignoring customers, kept talking amongst themselves and very unprofessional. They only apologised once as well.

Don't bother going there!
