Blondes To Brunettes

I recently had a hair cut and colour at Blondes to Brunettes. I wanted a shoulder length cut with no layers and got just what I "did not' ask for. 4inches shorter at the back, at least I got her to stop before she took off any more, the girl walked away and didn't even show her face to apologize when I left, which added insult to injury. It is half way up the back of my head!! and it will take months to grow to where I originally wanted it.
After I decided to call the owner to tell them of my bad experience. (I had been crying, and was really upset) I called and eventually got a call back, she said and was told that the hair at the back would be re coloured to disguise the bad cut, ( so I went and they did this a few days later) I was also told that they would do blow waves for as long as it took to grow out, and they would look after me until it grew back to my neck. well I did not take up the offer of the blow waves, I ...read more
