We had Bloomers construction build a property in Queensland however they have terrible communication. The build was initially delayed by 2 months with no good explanation. We have been waiting 105 days now (and still counting) for the defect list to be fixed (which they have confirmed all issues are defects they are responsible for) but they keep promising to get someone out 'next week' but nothing actually eventuates. They do not contact to advise of a new schedule date to get the problems fixed. The backyard has a serious drainage problem (water is pooling badly), the grass was laid directly on rocks, the front door is not shutting properly and the install smoke detector is faulty. I have tried calling the company many many times but they never return calls and respond only via email.
