RIPPED OFF - Husband kindly bought me the wine and chocolate hamper - $60 and $12.50 delivery LOCALLY. The wine is $20 at Liquorland and the chocolates (received 12) 16 for $14 at Coles. So they charge double the price for the goods and then a decent delivery fee. $10-15 mark up is one thing, double the fee is daylight robbery. Then the delivery cost and an unfriendly courier, what a SHAM. I didn't even get sparkling wine as I was supposed to, though it is yummy wine my husband believes it is expensive wine and it is NOT. There is a disclaimer that not everything comes the way it says it should on the website, I would say they use this all too frequently to rip you off. My loving husband wasted $42.50 on mark ups and delivery. He thinks he got a good deal and paid for a decent wine. Don't use these guys. There are better ones!

Thank you for the review. Your lovely husband has sent you a gift hand crafted by a qualified florist who has trained and studied for 2- 3 years. The wine and chocolates have been collected from the shops by our courier, this takes time and wages, petrol and wear on vehicle. The wine and chocolates have then been gift wrapped in a box with ribbons and silk flowers attached. The gift has been made in store with the use of electricity, and all other expenses like rent, insurance, wages, car registration ,staff training, and the list goes on. I understand you feel your husband has been ripped off, but you need think of business expenses involved. We offer a service that is not provided by Liquorland, they will not wrap the wine with chocolates or deliver. A taxi will charge you $15 for pick and deliver of the gift. Please enjoy the wine and chocolates your loving husband has sent you as a gift.
I had my wedding last Friday and ordered my flowers through Blooming Gorgeous I went to collect my babies breath on the thursday which was previously organised. Once I got there I was informed that my flowers weren't ready (not what you want to hear the day before your wedding). On the day of our wedding at the altar I realised that my partner and our son's buttonholes where incorrect. They had roses with babies breathe instead of Peonies and babies breath like I ordered. Word's can't express how disappointed I am.
I emailed bloomimg gorgeous on sunday night and I still haven't received a reply. Which makes this situation even more frustrating.
Blooming Gorgeous you are a complete disappointment! My mistake sending some flowers and wine to wrong address (sleep deprived new baby error ahhhhh )but was kindly told by staff yesterday something should be able to be sorted.
Now told from manager not to be. I get that I made a (expensive) mistake but also some responsibility should lie with Blooming Gorgeous as they were just left at door. There was a large choice of florists to chose from in the area ( I am in Sydney) and I was attracted to Blooming Gorgeous merits as advertised and displayed on their website, for their business ethics. I know in my business that customer service is paramount and I would of had no hesitaion in refilling the order.
Unfortunatley due to maternity leave I cannot afford to send a second round of flowers and wine. Please consider changing your policy Blooming Gorgeous, and also in giving false hope from the staff - I welcome your rectification with open arms.

Thank you for the reveiw. As I said on the phone we have filled the order as per your website order. I understand you are sleep deprived but you entered the wrong address in your order. If we made the mistake we are the first to "put our hands up and fix the error over and beyond our customers expectations". I am really at a loss with what to do, as we have filled the order as per the order form. Many thanks Sally
It is a little pricey here, but the cards, toys, flowers and friendly staff are all worth it. It is in a very good location, right in the middle of the centre, and I love looking at the nice flowers as you go by. You can see that staff here love their job, and the balloons you can buy are very nice. Would be a very popular place on valentines and mothers day :)
