Terrible service and would not recommend. From the beginning the service was terrible. After organising a quote and getting to the deposit stage, they stopped responding to my emails for approx 3 weeks. While in the area, we decided to stop in to check our order was still happening, they completely lost it, said they don't make any money from weddings and the other person working there was out working two jobs just so they didn't have to close down the store. Leading up to the wedding I touched base via email and again received no response for a fortnight, I called the store and they were extremely rude on the phone, just said yes my order is still happening and no apology for their lack of response via email. On the wedding day they called me saying they had only made 2 corsages but noticed I paid for 3.
