Blooms of gladstone park {florist}

Went into this store yesterday to enquire about sending Valentines flowers. Saw a beautiful teddy clearly marked as $100. I went back today to order and pay for delivery of the same teddy and 1 dozen roses. Same teddy was now marked as $290! The store denied that the teddy had been $100 even though I’d taken a photo of it with the price label clearly showing.
Obviously decirded overnight to cash in for Valentines Day!

purchased flowers a while ago, came up on the statement as "Armani", very confusing, not good business
Rang at 5:10, you guys close at 5:30, could've sworn voicemail said "Don't leave a message" had to order some flowers for a funeral, no answer,
also, this bloke "Armani" who gave it 5 stars, runs the joint !

Opening hours on the door state 8am-7pm, was waiting for the shop to open at 8.20am still so I left. Tried calling on redial (literally) 33 times on the way to work & someone eventually picked up at 8.50am. Ordered flowers, they still charged me delivery. When the flowers eventually arrived they were old, damaged, wilted & foliage was brown. After complaining & sending photos to prove my complaint, they replaced the flowers. To this day not a single apology. Poor customer service, poor quality & poor experience all around. Do not buy from here. Thankfully there is another florist in the Centre.

Terrible customer experience.. I received A delivery of wilted brown flowers in terrible condition. I was so disappointed, called them to advise. No apology given! Still charged full price.
