These people are nothing short of horrific. I've had items lost, not given back, a dead mans clothes given to me in error, my clothes given to the dead man (true story), shirts ripped and the latest told items where not there when they were. The staff are nothing short of rude and obnoxious. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. Awful experience after having used them for over 10 years. Enough is enough.

Arrived at a busy time this morning so waited my turn, but after it slowed down no one came to serve me. I had been waitning for quite a while and simply decided to leave. I didnt feel any love.

I dropped two suit pants in yesterday and when I collected them the next day I was charge $29.00. I usually get the same pants done in Burlinton St, Crows Nest and they only charge $20.00. Last time I will ever go to this joint. By the way I suggest you ask them the price before you drop anything in because that will give you the chance to back out. 45% more than my usual dry cleaner. Rip off.

The advantages are the drive through at the back, just stay in your car, and the attendant will come up to you.
It's not cheap, but I've always had a good job done, i don't own designer clothes, so I can't comment on the job they do on high-end fabrics. The queue of cars for picking up clothes just before closing time on a Saturday afternoon is crazy and best avoided!
Wedding dresses are a specialty. It's trusted by lots of people.

Never bring anything to this dry clean ever again. They ruined my wedding value $5,000 and don't take responsibility for it. Most of my Swarovski crystals got very damage!!! Very unprofessional!
