I have used Blue Full Service Travel many times over the years and they've always been obliging and professional, giving me the best travel experience possible.

Whether it's been a full holiday or just the flights they've always made it stress free and the best possible experience. From the best possible seats on a flight, to a hotel that met all my needs. They are also very responsive and supportive.

The last time they helped me with my travel was with flights jjust after the borders re-opened. Given everything in the industry was still someonewhat "up in the air", they really did make things a lot less stessful than they could've been, and made sure I got the most convenient flight and best possible price.

Worst travel agent ever! Avoid at all costs! He booked my flight to Bangkok with my Croatian Passport, he was informed my Australian Passport expired but I wasn’t informed I needed a Visa to enter the Country or to renew my Passport before I fly! Why wasn’t I made aware! I was refused entry in the country and had to pay for a ticket straight back to Sydney! I’ve been chasing it up for months trying to get an answer from him and he keeps saying he’s waiting for QANTAS to respond! Well I guess now my only option is to go directly to QANTAS and if they don’t help me I’m taking it on A CURRENT AFFAIR!!!

All my flights were booked wrong, had to cancel entire itinerary, costed me more than $800 to rebook the flight from scratch with somebody else.

Emails were "lost", phonecalls never returned, vague replies, receipts on $2500 after 3 weeks and weekly reminders. I was also charged for canceling my ticket by the agent for "processing fees".

Absolutely appalling service. Extremely unrealiable, no ownership, no responsibility.
