As a professional psychotherapist, my working method of preference is Adlerian therapy mixed with solution-focused technique and neuropsychotherapy techniques for individuals (or couples) facing life's challenges that can seem to be overwhelming causing worry or a level of anxiety. I will introduce Imago-therapy principles when counselling couples who may be experiencing relationship communication issues.
