Bought a holiday to the Blue lakes motel in Mount Gambier South Australia through travel auctions. We booked the holiday but had to cancel at the last moment due to flooded and closed roads. In other words we could not get there. When we went to rebook they would not except the voucher stating that under the terms and conditions we cancelled with less than 14 days notice so they do not have to honor the voucher. What they say is legally right but morally they are very very wrong.
