We were customers of Blue Mountains Spring Water for 19 years and the water was great as was the service. But we have sadly had to cancel our account and find another supplier. This company now has the worst customer service, they tell you nothing but lies. Worst of all, they just stopped delivering water to us this year and they won't tell us why. Every time we call we get told it will be delivered next Tuesday, or next Wednesday, etc. But it never is. How can you be in the business of selling water, if you refuse to sell water!!

Checkout Nova (5star, cheaper), or Neverfail (Coca-Cola Amatil). Thank god we refused to subscribe to direct debit. Do not trust these people. Strike a rock and let the water flow from somewhere else.

Emails were sent out to clients about rises in prices per bottles and then we were forced to sign upto scheduled deliveries in order to obtain a $1 discount. Further to this, we had to now place orders online, whereas before, we could simply call or email the customer service team to arrange a ...read more
