Blue Mountains Ugg Boots

Don't bother with them. I am all for supporting Australian goods but they fell apart after a month. The wool lining was also so thin. Blue Mountain's customer service was bad and they only offered to exchange if I paid for postage of the faulty ones from the UK to Australia (despite providing proof of purchase and photos).I have had several brands of Uggs before and these are of poor quality

Do not deal with the Blue Mountains Ugg Boot company online. They do not believe in customer service, it would appear. I ordered a pair of ugg boots according to their website sizings which were too small. I returned them (at my cost). They are now refusing to send me the correct size boots - simply telling me that the boots do fit (um, they are my feet, and I can tell you they don't!). They have offered to refund the cost of the boots, but with postage and credit card costs this will leave me over $50 out of pocket, with no boots, all because of an error entirely on their side. I have already met them half way on the postage costs to rectify THEIR mistake, but they won't cough up $9 in postage to send the right size back to me and resolve this. Instead, they prefer to leave me unhappy and boot-less! As I say, they have no idea of what customer service means.
