Really disappointed with the treatment received from them when they gave coat to wrong person who didn't even have a ticket to collect. No apology, never contacted us re situation and then only reimbursed for 75% of pure woollen coat only just one year old. Never go back to this dry cleaner, shocking attitude when they made mistake.

Terribly disappointed; I have chosen to use washing service for Queen Size thick mattress protector. Price was high, $33, but since I it can'r fit in my washing machine,I closed my eyes and paid. When I picked it up, It was completely ruined! It shrunk a lot (20 cm) and polyester filling was so badly distributed that it was obvious it's unusable. The management refunded $33 so in a way they did acknowlegde that they did something wrong, but what about the fact that I have to buy new one. I did wash (Single size) same product in my washing machine and it's fine!
