Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. I booked online through needitnow. I arrived and they had given our room to someone else. I said that I wanted the room that I booked and they did offer it however tried to make me feel guilty after saying they would just move the single mother and child into a smaller room. They also questioned why i needed the room i booked which i just responded because that is what i had paid for. They then went on to tell us that we couldn't check in because the room wasn't ready at 2.30... No apologies just that we had to wait. I said that I wasn't impressed they then suggested that we don't stay there. They also called me a drama queen and was very aggressive to deal with. I called needitnow and requested a full refund because of such poor treatment. I said that i did not feel safe and what had occurred. These things happen on holidays with all these online services its hard for anything to sometimes line up as you both may have booked room from two separate bookings companies and they may not have seen room taken from you when there given it to her as emails to the hotel to confirm bookings get lost and sometimes take time to get to the person needed to make sure they don't double book a room thats why I don't book online i ring hotel and book personally not through all these online booking places where things get lost
When we were looking for a place to stay for the night on our roadtrip we saw this nice looking place called blue pacific,we went in and it seemed nice place, but when we got in there are so many things bad, except you do get a balcony that you share with everyone else, you get a nice waterview over the pool, but back to the place it was very small you could hardley move and the bathroom was the size of a small sofa, and it had a shower, toilet and a basin in a small room. The place looked like something from the 80's and had a no named brand of coloured tv that had hardley any signal, and the whole room was dirty.
We found the place to be relaxing and quite enjoyed our two nights there I will say we never got foxtel or microwave which was detailed in cost but apart from that they were lovely people and I would recommend this place to the laid back clientele if you want 5 star go to Hilton or Ritz u get what u pay for here the basics nothing too flash just nice and cosy and they didn't rush us out at checkout time put which I thought was very gracious of the people as it was the weekend and busy around Swansea id recommend going there some rooms are nicer then the other rooms I actually liked downstairs better then up as u have ample parking space right out your door which would of been handy if my car didn't break down but aside from that I found everything clean and hygienic and will definatly be staying there again as it was close to everything and there cooking yummo could smell the nicest foods cooking in restaurant which offers Asian fusion didn't get time to eat so ...read more
