I took a chance on this place when I lived in Ashfield, it looks dodgy as hell but i was very pleasantly surprised. A techie mate helped me spec up a good build for my needs and priced it up off the cheapest components he could find online. Bluesky matched those low prices and built it cheaply. I have had the system for about 4 years and its performed flawlessly. The shop is a husband and wife team, the wife speaks better English and seems more switched on. My PC recently failed catastrophically and I am taking it back to Bluesky to investigate, so will see how that goes and hopefully not share the same fate as the reviewer below, I will report back on how it goes.
Forgot to report back, motherboard was fried, Bluesky swapped that badboy out and now its all good. Also power switch failed, had to get a new front panel for the case and have it rebuilt, all done promptly. Don't let these failures dissuade you, all brand named components so just a spot of bad luck, no reflection on bluesky.
Very disappointed with the service I received from this place. I took my desktop computer to get repaired after it had crashed. After getting a new motherboard installed, the computers still did not work. I took it back again and this time had RAM upgraded and Windows 7 had to be bought and installed again. So after approximately $500 worth of spending, I thought my computer may be fixed. However the computer still does not work and management tells me it is a software problem and that he cannot fix it. The computer is pretty much useless now and I will likely have to buy a brand-new one. I do not recommend getting your computer repaired here.
