Sadly ?? reception staff in the main office are not accommodating to people who help others, especially when someone has terminal cancer, and those going through anticipated grief.

We're sorry you feel this way. As we've outlined on every platform you have left this feedback on, unfortunately your accusations are unfounded. The documentation in our job file shows we confirmed arrival for between 10.30-12.30. That means that we will do everything in our power to arrive between 10.30 and 12.30. It doesn't mean we will arrive at exactly 10.30. The reason we ALWAYS give a window, is because most jobs are site unseen, and even the simplest of jobs can vary in time from 15 mins to an hour or more. When you then factor in traffic, it's just not possible to know the exact time we will arrive. This is why we do not give a specific/guaranteed arrival time. We sympathize that your relative is sick, however, that's not relevant to your misunderstanding of the appt time. We wish you the best & again ask you to speak to department housing should you have further concerns.

I would not recommend Blue Sky Plumbing. Very low quality workmanship and very disrespectful.
Within an hour of receiving your complaint via a third party we contacted you to arrange a re-attendance appointment. We attended site within 24hrs and inspected the work. It was agreed that the original work was not as neat as it should have been.
This was rectified to your satisfaction, after which you had asked us to quote on further work. As a good will gesture we went on to give you a full refund of all money paid.
It's disappointing to see that even after this you felt the need to take this action.
