Personal training one on one, small or large group fitness or corporate fitness. Bootcamps are at start of Miami Esplanade (north end, 50m north of Nobby's Outlook appartments, 122 Marine Pde), Mon/Wed/Fridays from 6-7am
Bootcamps and Mobile Personal Training include: boxing, kick drills (kickboxing), weights, circuits, running & general fun mixed exercises & games.
Blue Spartan also gives free nutrition support for all customers.
