Was hoping to delete my initial review but since I can't I'm providing an update here. So they did finally get to service my aircon. Can't remember exact date but they came in a few days after I wrote the review below. Everything is working now and all good. So I'm upgrading my rating to a 3

I am happy to recommend BSA for ducted air conditioning service, they are professional and friendly for quote, the price is competitive, and installation team is quite good to get the job done. Thanks.

The warranty servicing has been quite disappointing. They installed a Daikin ducted aircon at my place 2 years ago which was done really well. But the warranty servicing has been a major disappointment to date. Called in January for a fault on the aircon as it won't start anymore. They went to service it was 16 Feb and advised they would need to order a part for the electrical board that will take a week. On 22 Feb I called to check the status on the part order. I was advised that they were likely to receive it on 24 Feb and will try book it on 25 Feb if they get it on 24 Feb. On 25 Feb I called again as they hadn't contacted me. They were polite but advised the part order hadn't been received and it usually takes 1-2 weeks and that they will call me immediately when they get the part. The 2 week window is today and haven't heard anything from them.

We purchased a reverse cycle air a/c from Blue Star last year and were really impressed. Pricing is very competitive, but what really makes them stand out is the workmanship and professionalism of their installers. They are fast, super accurate and leave a spotlessly clean site. We purchased a second a/c last summer and again were more than happy with their product and service. One of the best experiences with tradespeople we've ever had.
