Poor quality printing. Overpriced. Dreadful customer service. I had a print run of books, business cards, postcards and stickers printed for the Bologna and London book fairs. I arrived overseas only to find that 50% or more of the books had obvious faults and the business cards smudged. The post cards were dull, but otherwise ok. The labels fall off after 6 months and cost the earth – double the price of elsewhere. I had the labels done urgently and thought I would get a reasonable price since I had already spent money with them on the books, business cards and postcards. Well, was I in for a shock! Double the price of elsewhere and half the quality! So I arrived at the book fairs with faulty books and smudged business cards. How professional – not! It’s some 10 months on now and to say that Blue Star have been lacklustre in sorting it out would be an understatement. So still not addressed. Totally unimpressed.
