I used this mechanic to fix a coolant leak in my vehicle. I was charged $1800 for the repair, however the coolant is still leaking. I have made contact several times to the mechanic to fix the problem however have been told that I would need to pay more money to have the car repaired. Very dissatisfied as I am now $1800 out of pocket with a car still leaking coolant. Would not recommend this organisation to anyone.
Hi Nat,
The initial problem was diagnosed as a thermostat housing assembly fault causing an engine light to be on. This is what you were charged $1,800.00 for and this fault was rectified by our mechanic. After you contacted us to say that your vehicle had a leak, Our cheif mechanic came down from Sydney to inspect your vehicle and found that your vehicle has a very minor coolant leak from the top hose inlet housing connecting to the engine. He did not charge you for a call out and this was a completely different issue that was found to the initail problem.
We offered a discounted rate to do the repairs on the date and you declined.
