Worst groom I have ever had for my dog Summer. Summer is a Groodle and we have her groomed every 8 weeks- alternating full clip and then a tidy in between. We normally go to a dog parlour but she gets anxious and so thought to get this service to our house to see if she likes that more. I initially called and spoke to the person then today I showed pictures of how I like to have her done, spoke about what I dislike and was told that the cut I wanted could be done. I feel beyond annoyed at how she looks now, it is utterly disgraceful. I think it will be at least 26 weeks/ half a year before she is back looking good again. I am someone who goes on reviews and therefore am posting this comment for others to see. I wish I could rewind the clock and not have had her groomed today, such a regret!!!

I highly recommend this Hydrodog service. I have four dogs of different sizes and breeds and while none of them like baths or haircuts, they all love Mark. Mark obviously cares for dogs, he is kind and gentle and 'has the touch'. I love the way the dogs look and smell when they have been Hydrodog cleaned and the dogs enjoy their treat.
