Located on the Woolloomooloo wharf Blue Sydney offers spectacular views of the harbour and Royal Botanical Gardens. Close to the city you can enjoy a luxurious stay in this modern hotel.
Sophie Monk, Gisele Bündchen, Harrison Ford have all been spotted here – it’s black label all the way. Dimly lit and über glam, it’s always a reassuring sign when you see waiters whisk around elegant silver champagne buckets containing yellow-label bubbles – chilled Veuve of course. Champagne suits the surrounds, otherwise knock back a delish Magdalena ...read more

This is my favourite hotel in Sydney hands down. I love that it is quirky, modern and refined but also the big heritage warehouse space right on the wharf at Woolloomooloo. The design of the hotel is very different too, it has rooms on either side and the hotel bar, the Water Bar in the middle. The whole place is lit by blue downlights and every inch of it is beautifully manicured and modern. The rooms were big, modern and reminded me of a NYC loft conversion (which I love). I love the location and there are a number of nice restaurants to choose from in the area.
Love this hotel! Very different from the usual city hotels and I absolutley enjoed it more here! The atmosphere was great, venue is amazing, the loft room we stayed in was fantastic. Short walk to amazing bars and restaurants. Overall extemely happy and will defiantly be back.
Blue is absolutely stunning and in a fantastic location however the ambience was ruined when checking in, we were told we were to pay some kind of bond. We were told that this is "standard practice amongst the leading hotels" and felt like idiots when we did not know of this and didnt have a credit card to charge this to. The room was beautiful and the waterbar gorgeous as well- however room service was a bit pricey. We would have been more than happy to pay this bond per night if we had of been advised at the time of booking and reccommend that this be mentioned to visitors.
