Bluebird Cafe Take Away

Way too overpriced. The food tasted alright (not to mention, they didn't give us a choice as to whether we had salt or not), but was not as good as the price promised. The workers were relying on us ringing a bell to indicate that they had customers. Additionally, the floors look filthy and no napkins are available to customers. The attendants are also very rude to their clients. From now on I will be strongly advising people against going to this store.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at Bluebird when we went there one Saturday evening (2 weeks ago). She ordered a grilled flake and I ordered a chicken burger. Both meals were ready to pick up from the counter at about the same time. The flake was served broken in several pieces and it took my wife one bite to realise that the fish is not cooked properly. She took it back to the person serving on the counter only be to be summarily told that it is properly cooked and it taste the way it does because it is a "fresh fish". When my wife insisted that it isn't, she was told that no one else is complaining - even though there was only one other person in the shop and she was drinking coffee. At this stage my wife left her fish (box) at the counter and we both left this place very frustrated. Not only there was no apology made but her concern wasn't even acknowledged. I will not recommend this place to anyone. There are lots of other good options around.
