I needed advice on how to best add to my mortgage for a major house renovation. My major lender was my first port of call and they were unhelpful & didn't I feel really asses my needs. James however was quite the opposite we chatted for some time about my financial situation and what would best suit me he then asked for relevant documents. James helped me get financing for a commercial property that I purchased. All I was expecting was someone to find the best interest rates and secure a loan.
