I've eaten many roast meals at many carveries in many states over the past 40 odd years.
Bluey's is far and away the best I at which I have eaten...ever! The lamb, (my preferred roast), is simply delicious, just like my mum used to make. The roast pork, the same, And the crackling is to die for. Although I'm not fond of roast beef, I'm sure that the standard would be similar. The vegetables are not overcooked and the service is great; lots of banter back and forth, accompanied by smiles.... Very rare these days. I can, without reservation, recommend Blue's to all.
