I discovered this place as I was wandering around the back streets of Collingwood and thought to myself that any cafe that calls itself a knife shop is definitely worth checking out, which is what I did one cold Friday morning before work. Okay, it was a little difficult for me to get to, but it was certainly worth it. They do make a pretty good breakfast, and they name their dishes after the main roads in Collingwood (such as The Smith Street, the Johnson Street I believe I had a Johnson Street). They do have your standard breakfast fare, but having the standard fare at a cafe with unique offerings, is like having a Big Mac at a fancy restaurant. The dcor has an old sixties charm about it, and the collection of books on the shelves were quite interesting as well (including a collection of Fighting Fantasy gamebooks). Oh, and I should also mention is that they also sharpen knives, or at least they say they do. Cool place, and would definitely consider having breakfast here again sometime.
