We had a chicken Parma (pretty basic) and a salmon carbonara which sounded relish! I think we waited over an hr for the food it wasn't even busy it was only just on 5pm and I think the meals sat on the pass for the majority of that time. The salad on the Parma was dry with no dressing and the pasta was in a 'cream sauce' which had split and appeared to be an oily mess! No taste too dry no good!
Just the most beautiful view of the beach which you can enjoy while you have a delicious meal. We went here for breakfast just to enjoy the view. Meals are generous and tasty but make sure you book as it gets booked out every night. A really beautiful place to relax and enjoy a drink and a great meal.
Couldn't agree more with ezpz, this is by far the best surf club I've been to. View is exquisite, it really does feel like your sitting on the beach...but without the sand all over the place. Just try to get a table in the front half as it is a large dining area. Food is some of the best I've had anywhere not just at a surfclub. Agree about the ID, girl on the door was quite rude about it when I realised I'd left my Burleigh Surfclub ID at home but other than that service was amazing, moved to a table closer to window mid order on request, and a free drink when we mentioned we almost didn't come in due to the attitude on entry. Definite 5 out of 5.
