I took my BMW 335i to BMS to have the oil filter housing gasket replaced (a common issue on this model) and a new serpentine belt fitted. I was lucky enough to deal with Barry. Barry was very professional, explained the work he would do and what was involved. When the work was being done he found he had to do a lot more clean up under the bonnet (the belt went everywhere) and informed me he'd need to keep the car overnight. Again, excellent communication.
When I picked the car up Barry explained the work that he'd done, outlined his findings on the overall condition of the car, and showed me the parts that had been replaced.
And for this fantastic service quality workmanship the bill the didn't shock me.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend BMS.
What can I say, Steve and his team have once again exceeded my expectations. True professioals, knowledgable and friendly and all at prices that don't break the bank. After picking up my car recently from a major service I feel as though im driving a "Brand New Car"!!! I tell all my friends without hesitation, BMS is the place for your cars service 10 out 5!!!
