BM's R Us

I have been taking my cars to BM's R Us for years and I am a BMW enthusiast.

It should be said that 100's of people take their cars there. The reason they don't go to putting a review down is frankly., their HAPPY.

But considering this I should note a few facts.

Steer Clear - plenty of reputable business elsewhere. Organised a reco on my transmission, didnt even last the trip home, sent back on a tow, collected smae thring, got home this time, back on a tow. suggested its the torque converter thats faulty, was told I didnt know what i was talking about, sent it back on a tow, broke down again. 5th time and 6 weeks later the torque converter was found to be not installed correctly. The management is obnoxious and couldnt care less about service. I would not use them in any shape or form ever again. Try Peninsular BM instead, cheaper and outstanding service.

I found the service provided by Bms R Us to be immaculate, the service they provided for my car was done in an efficient manner with the price corresponding with the work that was put it in, I also purchased parts for my viechle which were fairly cheap priced as well, friendly and experienced staff, will not be taking my BMW elsewhere

Sold my parts that were apparently tested and didn't work.

It took 4 goes at getting a window control module that worked and they happily sold me door actuators that were burnt out. They are also expensive. service is not friendly either. Trust me go else where.

Very good service, prompt and reasonably priced. Rang to confirm if they had the part I required which they did, came in later that week no booking and confirmed the part and price and was fitted and installed while I waited. All done in 30 minutes. Very impressed with the prompt service compared to others that were too busy and will be going back if required in future. Highly recommend.
