So dropped off car for a service today. They opened up punctually at 730. Had to wait for 30 minutes for concierge to return from drop-off before I could be dropped off. Wasn't offered coffee. There were no current newspapers in the waiting room. Overall OK. Lets see if they clean the car before I pick it up from them.
I agree with the earlier review. The service department have been really friendly and great. I was driving close by at one stage and my tyres appear to be flat, drove into the dealership and the guys were helpful in squeezing my car in to have it looked over without an appointment. Coffee/magazine are provided while waiting. The sales side are also great as they don't attack you and allowing you the opportunity to explore and venture out into looking at the vehicles.
Compared to other car dealers, I found the service here completely different. Instead of being followed like vultures, they just greeted us with a smile and let us have a browse in peace. Then when we needed service, we approached them. They are extremely professional, very good with names and they do not have the "typical" car salesmen attitude. We managed to test drive a car without making a booking and we didn't feel at all in any position they we were obligated to buy from them.
