Boat Land

After almost 10 years of brilliant boat services by the guys at Boatland we have been impressed once again at their exceptional level of customer care. We were limping home in our boat from the estuary yesterday and made a call for help to Glen. Within two hours of that call the motor was fixed with a smile and "no worries mate". Consistently great service and these guys really care!!

very poor service and accountability for services and work done; Had an engine swapped over on my boat to include full service on motor check electrics and radio to be fully functional.

Took out on first trip engine over heating when asked if they had checked every thing on the service they had done they replied we didn't do a service as it wasn't in the price, called back later that day to quote what had been specified in the prices they said yeah thought it cost a fair bit just to swap it over.

after the service was done the boat was taken out to find the bilge pump and stereo were not working and after chasing the wires back to find they had been chopped through when the installation of the temperature gauge was put in when changing engines over when taken back to rectify the problem they believe they would not have done that. (issue will be taken further to rectify poor workman ship)
