Bob was extremely helpful even though he has alot on his work schedule. His busy because of one reason the best panel and painter in goulburn. The results speak for themselves! The girls were very helpful keeping in touch with me every step along the way and their overall service was fantastic i have used Bob twice and the end job is unfaultable.. perfection is worth waiting for very happy with his work if i could give ten stars i would but its only five that is the most! Keep up the good work Bob and the girls and the team!
I had my car for body repair, couple minor scratches and dint. I have paid very expensive for this job to be done, assuming I am dealing with one of the best panel beaters in town. I didt know. I was disappointed, disappointed lot in fact, I cannot sell this car to nobody, because of the bed work it was done, panels have been drilled holes in and the din ting being removed, after the holes being filled with patty in a new car, painting it was done by somebody who never painted, suppose the management of the business. I will warn everybody, never send your car to this workshop again you will be a disappointed rest of your life.
May I suggest Tits, that you book a field assessment with your insurance company & let them decide if the workmanship is acceptable. I feel as though this review is incorrect. If your vehicle went in for minor scratches & dints (or dents even if you spell it correctly) - There would be no need for tradesmen to use patty (or putty even if you spell that correctly). It would be appreciated if we were to know who (TITS) is, so that we could take this review seriously...
For 1 disgruntled negative client Goulburn Smash may have (which I do not believe) there would have to be thousands of happy customers who sing their praises and recognise quality tradesmen, work ethic and a very well run business. Goulburn Smash are renown in the Goulburn district as being the Top recommended repairers, and have all sorts of quality awards by the top insurance companies. Bob Christie prides himself on his staff and their ability as being some of the best tradesmen in their field in NSW. Most people would go back and see a business if they were not happy, did you? Funny, I have just noticed that spell check IS available on this post, you must not have seen it..
