Totally happy with the service I received from Graham at the Modbury store.
Started with me just calling to ask about my tyres and whether an issue could be repaired (I figured my problem tyre might be past that point already).
Graham checked my tyres and advised the best course of action.
Ended up deciding to get 4 new tyres each for my car and also my husband's work van - Graham answered all of my questions via email and phone, also including out of hours.
Booking was handled quickly and efficiently and both vehicles are driving like a dream.

Took my car in at 11:30 to get 4 tyres installed I bought myself. Was told it would take 1 and a half hours but ended up taking longer, 3 HOURS. While sitting in the waiting room I could hear my car quite clearly as they were revving it, setting the car alarm off multiple times and also driving it hard when testing it/joy riding it. I was also quoted a certain amount but, wasn’t told about the extra fee of disposing the tyres. I will never be taking my car here ever again and will rather travel that extra distance to get better service and get the job done 10x quicker. Also I plan on telling all my car mates not to use you guys!!
Have bought more than one set of tires here, always happy with them. Only disadvantage is I've found their range isn't as large as some other stores - very 'Home Brand' (aka Bob Jane) focussed, though to be honest that's what I've usually ended up buying as their brand's prices are the cheapest.
Plenty of stock (especially of common sizes in their own brand), never had to wait for them to order in and they've had appointments for the next day or when suited me. I always shop around when looking for tyres so can't honestly say I would always use these guys but they're certainly worth checking out if you're looking for tyres.
Booked my car to have tyres replaced, minor hassles but nothing to worry about as got a quote with total price and confirmed booking.
When i went to pick up car and pay, i was then told that there was a extra fee to discard the old tyres, wasnt on the quote i originally got.... The staff member then proceeded to be very rude, from rolling his eyes to be short and sharp, to throwing my credit card back on the bench to me, in todays economic crunch, you would think spending $800 with a company they would have at least some standard of customer service! Will not return to this business and do not recommend for anybody wanting a rude and poor customer service experience!
