I would like to thank Steven at the Bankstown store for being so helpful when I had a nail in my tyre. I wasn’t sure how to handle this so he set my mind at ease and recommended a solution. I was there also last year and Steven served back then and was just as helpful. He is a credit to your organisation.

This is second review for this place. My first experience was positive but I must say this second one leave me double guessing myself. I turned up at 1pm on Sunday to have a puncture repair.

Sunday obviously they are flat out as all other tyres places in the area are closed. But the guys don't handle stress well. Getting flustered easily, yelling at the person on other side of phone, rushing transactions and taking jobs. I'd imagine the techs are in a similar situation with the rate of jobs.

Price was cheap and done in a reasonable amount of time, but the service needs improvement, or they need to have more staff rostered on.

Sundays is just too busy for these guys especially all mechanics and tyre shops in the area being closed.

I went to Bob Jane at 2:15pm on Sunday with a set of wheels to have the tyres removed. I waited in line while the clerk spoke to a girl for 5 mins about unrelated topics before she left. I asked if they could do the 5 minute job to which they said they're closing soon and couldn't do it(they close at 3pm). I went to my car to leave and for no apparent reason they closed the shop 35 mins before closing time..
What a waste of my time.

Ive always been to Bob Jane Bankstown for my tyre services and needs. I havent really been anywhere else but the first time i was there i was pleased with how i was treated hence why i have been a returning customer. Had 4 tyres replaced and wheels balanced and aligned the other day. They were knowledgable, courteous, and helped me with exactly what i needed. Tyres were of reasonable price too. Can definately recommend and will be using them again. Wait time is sometimes on the long sides especially if theres quiet a few jobs, but the jobs are always top notch, especially the alignment guys, you can see them work on your cars.

Being located on the corner of Canterbury Road and Gibson Avenue, entry to this T-mart is best via Canterbury Road heading west or heading south from Chapel Road South as you pass the intersection. They have a very prominent location that you can't miss. Parking is conveniently in front of the store.
