Bocelli Caffe Ristorante

Too noisy to talk in there. Food average. Service by the staff is lousy. Sorry not my fav place.

You cannot go wrong with Bocelli. I have returned here several times and have never been disappointed, as the service and quality is always consistent. This is one of Adelaide's best cafes and really has a family-owned atmosphere. You can tell that the staff take pride in their jobs and the food is always well-presented and of a good standard. The value of the menu is also very good, with no price-gouging, which is true for many cafes in town. This is a place I would take someone for a lunch engagement, as you know that you won't be let down!

After several visits to Bocelli's and sampling different meals, I'm left with a feeling that this restaurant is distinctly average- in both product and sercvice. I've had incorrect orders, an absolute stinker of a burger, tasty foccaccias and a reasonable calzone. The acoustics inside are terrible, and you will find yourself shouting to be heqar over the table by your friends. Not a place I would go to, unless invited by others.

Felt like part of an extended italian family when i ate here. The service was so friendly and the food was perfect, not too rich, but just like mama makes it! Must try the pesto chicken! Average priced but definately worth it. Good coffees and cakes too, but sadly the German Apple Cheesecake seems to be always gone when i go there for dessert at night. Give it a go, its worth it!
