Bodikian Jewellery

I have had nothing but wonderful service from Bodikian Jewellery and especially my recent experience of a repair to a ring purchased overseas ... they took a lot of time and effort for no added cost, to ensure the ring was returned to me repaired and in optimum condition. I'm very grateful and appreciate the added time and effort to 'get it right'! Thank you!

This was the worst retail experience i have ever had. the person who claimed to be the owner would not help me at all even though i was asking questions because i wanted to buy something. He was rude dismissive and aggressive i would not recommend shopping here EVER. it was like they didn't even want my money. I left terribly upset and wondering why people would behave like this is times when retail is so hard. went to another jeweller down the road and they were very helpful.

Do NOT shop here!! I was sold faulty goods. The staff were incredibly rude and aggressive. The most unprofessional retail store I have ever encountered. Terrible experience. Avoid, these people do not deserve your business.
