I bought a deal. The eyebrow wax was good and the shape was nice, the tint was fine. The owner did my eyelash extensions, that is after she tried to upsell me to get the dramatic set (which had I done I may not have left with the shotty job she did).



It was a painful process. She used a lot of glue, stuck three of my natural eyelashes to one of the extensions, which ended in me almost having an infection from the irritation and itchiness (because when one eyelash fell out it just stayed there and rubbed/stabbed my eye because it was glued to two others). I ended up going to a reputable place in Newtown to get them removed. My natural eyelashes were left gappy and there was a lot of glue that just wouldn't come off. DON'T GO THERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS!

Terrible management team! Girls were rude, impatient and inconsiderate. I went in for my booking (which was a hassle in itself) and was rather surprised at the lack of service. After a confusing conversation with one of the girls, I thought things would be better if I just spoke to the manager. How wrong I was! Not only was she rude, but she failed to help me with any of my needs. I definitely won't be coming back here and will be recommending all my friends NOT to go here. I hope not all the staff here are the same, but the manager was enough to put me off. very unproffesional!!!

I have just starting going to zero studio, great salon very happy with my waxing and tanning being a male I felt very comfortable and I truly recommend anyone for a wax faster I ever had great staff very friendly people. I will be buying lots of gift vouchers for friends and family for sure

Best hair extensions I have ever had, great quality the staff are very professional and service was extremely good, I was recommended by two other friends who go to zero on a regular basis. I have Also gone there using a voucher and was most happy and I think the deals are great , threading amazing, Brazilian waxing one of the best I ever had. Open late would highly recommend zero to anyone. The hair is European and I have lost none in 2 months. Great price , oh and there website was really helpfull. Go you will love them.
